Cooking time: 15 minutes
What You Need:
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 1 lb chicken breast, grilled and cut into thin strips
- 1 red bell pepper, grilled and cut into strips
- 4 lettuce leaves, cut into strips
- 2 boiled eggs, cut into slices
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 lime, juice and zest
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

For this grilled chicken wrap, start by grilling the chicken breasts and cut into thin strips. For best practices on how to grill a chicken breast, click here.
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lime juice and zest, and mustard.
Prepare tortillas as indicated on the package instructions. We like ours on the grill, just long enough to heat them up.
Assemble the wrap with chicken, eggs, lettuce leaves, tomatoes, red bell pepper, and dressing.
Grilled Chicken Wrap Additional Tips:
If you plan on use smaller tortillas wraps, with these amounts you can prepare 8 tortillas instead of 4.
For a healthier grilled chicken wrap, prepare a light dressing by combining Greek yogurt, chopped chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. You can also add sliced cucumber.
