But not all of the neighborhoods in Seven Hills have homes that cost into the millions. You can find affordable single-family homes and condos here, as well.

For activities, the community has an 18-hole championship golf course called Rio Secco and outdoor spaces with grass fields, sports courts, playgrounds and paths for walking. Seven Hills is one of the closest Henderson communities to Las Vegas, so living here you’re close to The Strip and McCarran International Airport.

Tuscany 

A guard-gated community in Northeast Henderson to consider is Tuscany Village. It’s a 526-acre master plan that has its own golf course – Chimera Golf Club – and residents have access to resort-style amenities including swimming pool, fitness center, fields, sports courts and skate park as part of their HOA dues.

Lake Las Vegas
